The Process in short...a nutshell...briefly.
A mural is much more than painting a pretty picture on
your wall (though I do hope we achieve this end), it is something original
that we (you, yours and I) will work on to fit exactly what you have in mind
and fits the space. For most people the first thing that comes to mind
is "cost", and that is a very reasonable concern. This page
I hope alleviates that a bit.
Before we meet, I will ask you to gather together ideas
and items you might think would help us create an original space for your
child. After we meet and I can get an idea of what you are looking for
I will then take a few days (usu. three) and come up with a few sketches
for you to see. Upon choosing a final design the real work gets done,
the real fun begins...

A Quick Note on Muralin'
I only use good ol' safe non-toxic Latex / Acrylic paints.
This is for you and your's safety as much as my own. That being said,
sometimes people have an oil based paint on their wall, maybe not even
knowing so...in cases such as this priming the wall is the only route
to go (as I really wouldn't want to use oils...). This may bring up
problems, esp. if the whole wall is not to be covered by a mural, and
that bridge will have to be crossed then...The condition of the surface
to be painted is very important too, this we can get into in more detail
on our first meeting.
As before, the one thing on top of most people's list
is cost. Generally the main factor in pricing is the amount of detail involved.
Other factors include ceiling work (requiring scaffolding) and wall prep if needed.
Seeing the space and talking with you about what you would like will give me
a better idea for a price quote.
